1. TERMS AND DEFINITIONS

1.1 In this Agreement, unless the text expressly provides otherwise, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

1.1.1 Site - a set of information, texts, graphic elements, design, images, photos and video materials and other results of intellectual activity, as well as computer programs contained in an information system that ensures the availability of such information on the Internet at the network address. The Site is an Internet resource intended for the provision of entertainment and attraction services to individuals.

1.1.2 Agreement - this User Agreement, which is a Public Offer, in full without exceptions and reservations.

1.1.3 Administrator - the person in whose commercial management the Site is located.

1.1.4 User - a person who has entered into an Agreement with the Administrator by accepting this offer. Employees of the Administrator and relatives of such employees are not entitled to accept this offer and enter into an Agreement.

1.1.5 Parties - the Administrator and the User, who are the Parties to this Agreement.

1.1.6 Service - actions of the Administrator to organize the work of the Site and provide the User with the opportunity, free of charge and for a fee, to spend leisure time in the form of participation in risk-free games and entertainment using the services of the Site.

1.1.7 "Coins" - a virtual game unit of the Site, used in the process of providing/receiving the Site Service by the Administrator/User. Virtual game units - "Coins" - are used only within the Site and cannot be the subject of any transactions and operations outside the Site.

1.1.8 Bet - an electronic document generated using the Site services at the direction of the User, made by him on the Site by means of special software commands.

1.1.9 Round - a time period/part of risk-free games that make up the Site Services. Each round has a start moment and an end moment.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

2.1 The subject of this Agreement is the Administrator's proposal addressed to a potential User to receive entertainment and attraction Services using the Site services strictly on the terms of this Agreement.

2.2 A person who has accepted this offer becomes a User and undertakes to use the Site only on the terms of this Agreement.

2.3 Use of the Site Services by persons who do not have full legal capacity (both by age and by health status) in accordance with the norms and laws of the relevant jurisdiction (country of residence of the individual) is PROHIBITED.

3. CONCLUSION, AMENDMENT, TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT

3.1 The Administrator provides the User with access to information about the Site, information about the Site Services, the text of this Agreement and other regulatory documents establishing the rules and norms for obtaining the Site Services, before the User is authorized on the Site.

3.2 This Agreement is considered concluded from the moment the User is authorized on the Site by entering the login and password of the account in a special form.

3.3 The Administrator has the right to unilaterally change, cancel, supplement any terms of this Agreement at any time without prior agreement with the User.

4. SITE SERVICES

4.1 The services provided on the Site are entertainment and attraction services. The Site services serve to satisfy the personal emotional and psychological needs of Consumers and are built on the principle of a simulator.

4.2 Unused virtual game units - "coins" may be returned to the user in accordance with the cost of their acquisition.

5. PROCEDURE FOR USING THE SITE SERVICES

5.1 When providing the Site Services, virtual game units - "coins" are used. Virtual game units are visual images generated by the Site software.

5.2 The Site services are provided by purchasing and spending (in the attractions offered on the Site) virtual game units.

5.3 It is prohibited to obtain virtual game units by intentional or careless use of malicious/virus programs and/or by exploiting shortcomings/failures in the Site's operation.

5.4 It is prohibited to use an auto-clicker when playing on the Site. If violated, you will be blocked.

5.12 Users are PROHIBITED from registering more than 1 account (accounts) without prior agreement with the administration. In case of violation, all User accounts will be blocked and the game account balance will be cancelled.

5.13 Users are PROHIBITED from abusing achievements. If violated, you will be blocked.

5.14 Manipulations with fund transfers and creation of promo codes are PROHIBITED. If violated, you will be blocked.

5.15 The Administrator has the right to cancel any transfer without specifying reasons.

5.16 It is PROHIBITED to use empty/new VK accounts for abuse/playing with bonuses.

5.17 It is PROHIBITED to launder funds through transfers or transfer from multi-accounts to a clean account. If violated, you will be blocked.

5.18 It is PROHIBITED to abuse a promo code for a deposit. You must wager the deposit amount + bonus. If violated, you will be blocked.

6. PAYMENT

6.1 Prices for coins on the Site are set by the Administrator and may be changed at the discretion of the Administrator.

6.2 The User has the right to pay for the Site Services by one of the payment methods provided on the Site.

6.6 All paid Site Services are voluntary donations from the User.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

7.1 The Site contains results of intellectual activity belonging to the Administrator.

7.2 By using the Site, the User acknowledges and agrees that all content of the Site and the structure of the Site content are protected by copyright.

8. LIABILITY

8.1 In case of violation by the User of the terms of this Agreement, the Administrator has the right to block or delete the User's account from the Site unilaterally without going to court.

8.2 The Administrator is not responsible for the operability of the Site and does not guarantee its uninterrupted operation.

9. SPECIAL CONDITIONS

9.1 The Site may contain links to other sites on the Internet (third-party sites). The Administrator is not responsible for any information, materials posted on third-party sites.

9.4 The Administrator has the right to refuse any User service on the Site without explaining the reasons.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEDURE

10.1 All disputes, disagreements and claims that may arise in connection with the execution, termination or recognition of the Agreement as invalid, the Parties will seek to resolve through negotiations.

10.2 If a response to the message is not received by the Party that sent the message within 30 (thirty) business days from the date of sending the corresponding message, or if the Parties do not reach an agreement on the claims and/or disagreements that have arisen within the same period, the dispute is subject to resolution in court at the location of the Administrator.

11. FINAL PROVISIONS

11.1 In the event of a formal dispute and referral of the case to the appropriate court, if the court recognizes any provision of this Agreement as invalid and/or not subject to enforcement, this does not entail the invalidity of other provisions of the Agreement.

11.2 Inaction on the part of the Administrator in case of violation by any of the Users of the provisions of the Agreement does not deprive the Administrator of the right to take appropriate actions later to protect their interests.

11.3 The User confirms that he has familiarized himself with all the provisions of this Agreement, understands and accepts them in full and without exceptions/reservations.
